Overview

Rachel focuses her practice on estate planning, real estate transactions, and Orphans’ Court matters, including adoptions, guardianships, and estate administration. Rachel has substantial experience litigating Orphans’ Court matters, including complex guardianship and trust litigation. In addition, Rachel also has handled divorce matters and has served as Chair of the Erie County Bar Association’s Family Law Section. Rachel frequently serves as guardian ad litem in custody cases, representing the best interest of the children. Rachel is the Title IV-D attorney for Erie County Domestic Relations, aiding in the enforcement of child support. She serves on the board for Erie Homes for Children and Adults.

Rachel received the Super Lawyer’s Pennsylvania Rising Star Award, 2020 – 2024.
