Mr. Stark was licensed as a CPA and previously worked for Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Mr. Stark concentrates his practice on serving small closely-held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, providing creative succession and tax planning. Mr. Stark also concentrates his practice on residential, commercial and investment real estate transactions, wills, trusts, and estate planning and administration. Mr. Stark has had numerous engagements involving international business transactions and dealings in natural resources, primarily oil and gas law. Mr. Stark has taught numerous college courses on business law, estate planning, financial accounting and mergers and acquisitions.
