Overview
Kurt Sundberg is a 1989 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a member of its Law Review. He is a partner with Marsh Law, LLP, and has been a member of the firm since 1993. Mr. Sundberg concentrates his practice on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including sales, purchases, construction, development and leasing. He represents a number of banks, credit unions and other lenders with regard to commercial loan documentation and collaterization, mortgage foreclosures, collections, loan restructuring and workouts, and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Sundberg also has a large business practice in which he handles corporate, partnership and LLC business formations, transactions, contracts and counseling, as well as asset transfers, mergers, acquisitions and succession planning. A significant amount of his practice also involves liquor law, including licensing, transfers and guidance, and estate planning and administration.
Mr. Sundberg has served as a member of the Advisory Board of Penn Attorneys Title Insurance Company and as a past Chairman of the Erie County Bar Association Bankruptcy Committee. He has also served on the Board of Directors of numerous charitable and non-profit corporations, including Lakeshore Community Services, Inc., Family Services of NW PA, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation – Northwest PA Chapter, and F.L.A.G. Little League.
